For a long time this website was little more than a static page that acted as my online resume. No more. I’m getting my sauce in order.

So here we go, my nth attempt at creating a blog. I’ve had several in the past, including a dev blog when I was writing Discursion Board, another dev blog when I was a student during GSoC 2007 (Sorry about that one, guys), and one or two personal ones. None of them ever received more than a few posts.

Why?

I have Programmer ADD. I have trouble focusing on just one thing. I get an idea in my head, and want to start work on it now. I hack away at it, never releasing it because I’m a perfectionist (heaven forbid I release sloppy code!), and eventually move on. That’s essentially what happened with Discursion, and why it was never released. However, I’ve declared 2008 to be the year of getting shit done. This blog is the manifestation of that idea.

This time I’m going to take this whole blogging thing in stride. I’ll post my thoughts and musings when they come to me, but won’t fret too much if they don’t.

So here goes, round N. Let the games begin.
