I get a blog up and vow to be more active, only to vanish for two months. Well, I have good reason, I think: I’m a dad!

Emily Elizabeth Payton was born July 1st, 2008 at 12:47pm. She weighed 10lbs 15.7oz (!), and was 22.25 inches long.

The last month of the pregnancy was quite stressful (not to mention, we moved), and I haven’t gotten much sleep since the birth. But it was well worth it! Pictures coming soon.
